As a Hall of Fame international keynote speaker, author, comedian, and world-class guitarist, Mike Rayburn is an inspirational thought leader and one of the most in-demand and un-conventional keynote artists in the world. Drawing from his success as an entrepreneur as well as a Carnegie Hall headliner, Mike is a master at increasing profitability and impact by inspiring your team to become possibility thinkers and virtuoso performers… all by daring you to ask the question, “What if…?”
The “What If…?” Experience is Mike’s transformational, hilarious keynote presentation. In it Mike uses his amazing guitar work and hilarious comedy as a metaphor, to illustrate three tools designed to turn your team into an army of innovators with the peak performance skills to transcend the status quo to stop managing change, and lead by creating change. Oh… and they’ll laugh so hard it hurts!
The measure of any speaker is the results they produce. Mike is consistently cited as “the hit of the conference,” and “what we needed and didn’t even know it.” More importantly, businesses regularly attribute significant, sometimes exponential increases in sales, impact and morale to the application of Mike’s keynote tools and breakout session content.
Also, in the same way a great song gets stuck in your head, Mike’s “What if…?” message gets repeated over and over, imprinting his most powerful tool in their memories and affecting immediate results and permanent improvement.
Always on the cutting edge, international keynote speaker Mike Rayburn is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), Hall of Fame speaker (CPAE), two-time TEDx presenter, has performed more than 4,000 presentations and his comedy remains in heavy rotation on Sirius/XM radio. Mike has been featured in USA Today, Newsweek, Billboard, American Entertainment, Gig, and Successful Meetings magazines.
I have had more compliments this year on Mike than I ever have. I have people saying he is probably one of the best entertainers that they’ve seen and some of these people have been coming for over 20 years. Besides being funny he is extremely talented. I just happen to be listening to one of his CD’s right now. I would recommend him to anyone without any hesitation. It’s going to be really hard to find someone for next year now
Mike's performance was amazing! He is a very talented musician as well as a very funny comedian and had our crowd on their feet applauding at the end of the show. We have a mixed age crowd but Mike's act cut right through all those age groups and made them all laugh and marvel at his talents. I will not hesitate to recommend Mike Rayburn when ever I can.
OMG!!! Mike was fabulous! Everybody raved about him. He was simply unbelievable and a big hit in Maine. Our attendees were still talking about him on Tuesday and even those that didn't attend Monday night said they had heard that Mike was fabulous and they were disappointed they were not there for the banquet. I have to say this was our best convention EVER!
Mike WAS a big hit! I looked around the room several times and felt like Mike had our group as engaged as any presenter we have ever had. We have a survey that we have our attendees fill out after the conference, and I will be willing to bet that he will be rated as high as anybody we have ever had speak to/entertain us (I think the key word is entertain). His entertainment helped get the good message across. Mike's message was as strong as most of the presenters who have been at our conference, but it touched our people more because of the entertainment value of his presentation. Presentation isn't the right word exactly, but I search to define what it is because what Mike does is different from anything we've experienced before. Not only did he do a bang-up job in front of the group, he took the time afterward to talk to people who stopped by his merchandise table. I know that some of that was simply 'taking care of business', but he was there until everybody left. I've been involved in programming these conferences for over twenty-five years, and have been responsible for being our speaker liaison for the same number of years. We've had VERY few people who took their involvement beyond their audience time - Mike was clearly one of those.
